Responsible Corporate Governance and Ethical Recruitment Policy Statement

Your Journey to a Fulfilling Life

We, as an intermediary organization, are committed to the responsible and ethical recruitment and placement of nursing staff from Turkey to Germany. This statement of principles demonstrates our commitment to fair, transparent and human rights compliant practices and is guided by recognized international standards and guidelines.

1. Justice and ethical practice

Our Principles for Responsible Recruitment in accordance with the RAL Quality Mark “Fair Recruitment Care Germany”

At ProSkill Germany, we adhere to the six guiding principles of the “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” quality mark in our recruitment and placement processes:

Verifiability with Written Documentation

All agreements are made in writing. This ensures transparency and traceability and safeguards the rights of our care professionals.

Free Placement Process

The placement process for healthcare professionals is completely free of charge. No direct or indirect fees or costs are charged.

Minimizing Economic Risk

We take all necessary measures to protect healthcare professionals from excessive financial burdens during the recruitment process. Economic security is our priority.

Transparency in Structures, Services and Costs

Services, structures and all costs are shared in a clear and understandable way for both nurses and employers.

Sustainability and Participatory Approach

All our activities are based on the principle of sustainability. We involve staff in decision-making processes for their well-being and long-term satisfaction.

Awareness of General Responsibility

We take responsibility for the entire placement process and ensure that every step is complete and safe. Our goal is satisfaction and success for both parties.

2. Compliance with international standards

WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel
We commit to comply with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. In particular, we are committed not to recruit in countries on the current WHO health workforce support and protection list.

Compliance with international human rights standards
We are guided by the highest international human rights standards. We are particularly committed to compliance:

  • ILO core labor standards,
  • ILO Guiding Principles and
  • Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment
  • Definition of recruitment and recruitment fees and related costs,

3. Commitment to a fair cost structure

We guarantee that no direct or indirect placement costs or placement-related service costs will be charged to the healthcare professional candidate. This covers the entire service chain and is in line with the “Employer Pays” principle. All placements and services are funded solely by the employer or client.

4. Waiver of commitment and repayment obligations

In our placement contracts with healthcare professionals, we waive any commitment or reimbursement obligation that relates in any way to the costs of the placement. The employment contracts we place do not contain any clause requiring the caregiver to reimburse placement fees or related expenses.

To make our commitment to fair and responsible recruitment practices transparent and understandable, the document is available on our website and made available to all business partners, customers and maintenance professionals.
