  1. Collection and processing of personal data

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of conducting staff placement, in particular application and recruitment procedures for nursing staff. Processing is based on the following principles:

  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation)
  • Section 26 BDSG (data processing in the context of employment)
  • Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (e.g. consent for applicant pool)
  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
  • Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR (data transfer abroad with consent)

Processed data types:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Application documents (e.g. CV, certificates, qualifications)

Purpose of processing:
Assessing your suitability for announced or future positions, placing you with employers, signing employment contracts.

  1. Contact form and online application

If you use our contact form or send documents via the website, the transmitted data will be transferred to our internal database via a secure connection and stored there. Processing is carried out solely for the purpose of processing your request or carrying out the application procedure.

  1. Application procedures and automated processing

The data sent is checked and processed manually by our employees using a software solution. There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

  1. Data transfer to third parties and abroad

Your data will only be transferred to relevant cooperation partners, including:

  • Hospitals and nursing homes in Germany
  • International partner organizations for the preparation and coordination of employment relations

If data is transferred to countries outside the EU, this will only take place on the basis of your explicit consent and in accordance with Article 11. 49 GDPR.

  1. Hosting and IT infrastructure

Our website is powered by WordPress. Email communication is via Strato. Our technical infrastructure, including server and database hosting, can be provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Data protection compliant order processing contracts in accordance with Article 16. 28 GDPR applies to all technical service providers.

  1. Email communication

We use Outlook (Microsoft 365) for our e-mail communication. Data processing takes place via Microsoft servers. Microsoft is committed to complying with European data protection standards through standard contractual clauses.

  1. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in particular against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. These include:

  • SSL encrypted data transfer
  • Regular software updates
  • Access restrictions on personal data

  1. Storage period

  • If application is unsuccessful: Deleted after 6 months
  • If there is approval in the applicant pool: Can be deleted after 12 months
  • When recruiting: Transfer to the personnel information system and store in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. storage period up to 10 years)

You have the right at any time to:

  • Information about your stored data (Article 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of incorrect data (Article 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion (Article 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

Our website does not use cookies or tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo.
